Haruka’s decade-long background in academic research in child development, combined with experience teaching future teachers, developing teacher professional development, curriculum workshops, and coaching brings our clients an invaluable perspective. She leads the research team and works closely with the education and design teams, gathering and leveraging data to evaluate programs and develop tools to design spaces aligning more effectively with specific user experiences. She holds her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Delaware and remains involved in the Society for Research in Child Development and American Educational Research Association.
