Mackenzie holds a master’s degree in sociology research and practice which she leverages throughout the design process. Her research practices combine both qualitative and quantitative approaches to build a blended understanding of each organization’s unique contexts. She works to analyze data and connect dots, providing holistic understanding to her clients as she builds comprehensive deliverables for future decisions and maximum impact.
