Hollis + Miller values the needs of our teams and our firm, and is currently operating in a flexible hybrid work environment with at least three in office days required for most positions. Consistent in both offices, our team members are in office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and each select their own third in-office day. Hollis + Miller is seeking a recognized thought leader who demonstrates deep knowledge and experience in the Higher Education and/or K-12 market sector. This role’s focus will be to strategically position the firm for significant targeted business growth regionally in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The Marketing Specialist works in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development teams to develop strategic communications and digital marketing efforts supporting the firm’s purpose and growth goals. This role assists with the development of strategy and creates dynamic campaigns, working as a content creator and storyteller to showcase the firm’s unique projects, people, culture, and initiatives on a variety of mediums, including website, social media, e-mail, collateral, and more.
