Our nationally recognized community engagement model is an important foundation to a successful bond issue or capital campaign. We believe it’s crucial to engage key stakeholders in the earliest stages of visioning, taking them with us through the master plan and budgeting phases to build momentum and ownership.
We pride ourselves in providing support for clients before, during and after campaigns in a variety of ways. Whether it be developing campaign collateral, planning community forums, serving as community advocates, or helping understand poll results, we are deeply rooted in the process and ultimately, the results of each campaign. Our planning process also explores partnerships and additional revenue opportunities.
