The new addition at Park Hill High School creates a bold, future-ready extension that honors Trojan heritage while delivering modern spaces that elevate student performance, creativity and community connection.
The Park Hill High School addition blends Trojan tradition with a modern, student-focused design. An 8,000-square-foot weight room, doubling as a storm shelter, anchors the project with a turf agility zone, 28 weight racks, and dedicated free-weight and cardio areas. Surrounding support spaces include varsity and auxiliary locker rooms, coaches’ rooms and offices with full visibility to the training floor. A flexible team room with operable doors and a prominent Trojan-head graphic connects to an adjacent flex space for studying, socializing and team gatherings.
A bold façade with two-story windows and an illuminated “PH” reinforces school pride. Inside, the Hall of Champions welcomes students and visitors with school colors, a large trophy display featuring the alma mater, and four interactive digital exhibits that celebrate Park Hill’s legacy.
A competition gym seats 2,000 with retractable bleachers and features a large video board, supporting athletics, assemblies and community events alike.
Creative programs benefit from a 2,000-square-foot scene shop addition, along with upgraded art rooms featuring new casework, lighting and finishes. Together, these enhancements create a cohesive, future-ready environment that elevates student performance, creativity and community connection.
“Our students are proud to be Trojans. They are proud of our long- standing traditions, our community and our high expectations. And now they can have a sense of pride in our building and facilities.”
